My wife and I recently purchased a 12 X 24 garage (The Classic) from Woodtex in Brantford and would like to say it was a wonderful experience.
To start with Scott was extremely pleasant to deal with, he is knowledgeable of his product as well as the competitors.
He came to our house to see where it was going to go, we went over the designs and options, price and delivery.
"He delivered on time as promised!"
We have looked at many other suppliers, but none compared in construction quality or in craftsmanship as Woodtex.
I like that the walls are 2 X 4 studs 16 inch on center (this makes installing shelves or racks without fear of splitting or overloading the walls) a double seal plate and mould resistance flooring.
The trussed are 2 X 4 - 24 inch on center, floor joist are 2 X 6 - 12 inch on center.
Delivery day: the truck showed up they backed it up the drive tilted the trailer and drove away...DONE.....THAT WAS EASY!
The next day I was halfway moved in even tested it by parking my Ford Explorer in it.
