I had a great experience with our newly assigned rep Marty. He was professional, courteous, informative and helpful. I appreciated the attention he gave to our account. Although rep Marty was great, I should mention that we have been with this company for many years for our disposal bin services, they do well on the service end of things but we have always struggled with their business model, the new fees and charges they come up with year after year are frustrating and feels a little underhanded at times. I wish they would change their ways like some other companies have so that “the fee is the fee is the fee”... a straight forward flat rate without the “plus this that and the other”. We’ve mentioned it over the years but this is no fault of our reps, corporate makes the calls on these types of things.

As a busy veterinary hospital with boarding services for cats, we needed an alternative to regular garbage pick up. We have been using a Waste Connections of Canada Bin for several years now and have been happy with the pick up process and general handling of our account.
