“I have been coming to HorseShoe tax for over 5 years now and I have NEVER had an issue. From what I do know about Melissa, her staff and business is that during tax time is an INSANELY busy time. I applaud Melissa and her staff for keeping such a professional atmosphere and office. Every time I have come into the office I am greeted with nothing but smiles and friendly greetings. I am here reading some of the reviews some people have posted and wonder if any of them have a job/career and have ever been faced with days so long and busy that they find themselves completely exhausted at the end of the day from working so hard to keep clients or bosses happy? I am wondering to myself why it is that people are complaining at the time it takes to do a tax return in the middle of tax time when thousands of people across Ontario are filing income tax all at the same general time and wanting it back within a day or two. Anytime I have ever called Melissa or her office the staff has been very pleasant and gotten back to me with any answers within a day or two. Regardless of some of these negative reviews I have to say keep up the good work ladies I myself and PLENTY of your other clients love you and think your doing a fantastic job as always!”
