So far, so good. I enjoyed talking with the customer service guy...he was knowledgeable and spoke kindly. The rest of the review will come when I get my bike back.

Mike the owner is a stand up guy!!!! I was riding from Brantford to Paris and picked up a tack in my tire. Luckily A1 Cycle was a close walk AND open on a Sunday. He got me moving again and generously gave me a presta valve adapter for future use. I will be back, and with a coffee next time. Thx.

Great place! We were on our way thru on way to Durham New Hampshire for the Untamed New England 4 day adventure race. A team mate noticed an issue with his bottom bracket. We stopped in and the guy there made definite improvements. He was super helpful and we went on our way. Thanks and enjoy your trip with your son!

Mike, Mike, this guy knows a bike! Very friendly service, even went out of his way after business hours to deliver my bike because I didn't have a way to bring it home. Very patient with me, because I don't know much about my bike apart from riding it. Great prices, well stocked and I will be a return customer. Best shop in Brantford. Thanks Mike for all your help!
