I could go to another bike shop much closer to where I live, but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else but The Bicycle Shop. Terry, Chris, Paul, et al are always cheerful and ready to help. I have purchased 2 bikes there, and the service exceeds my expectations. I would give 6 stars if that was possible. Happy 50th guys!

My wife and I purchased two new E-bicycles from this establishment and have received service a couple times since and I would highly recommend this store for any service or purchases. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and went far and beyond what I expected from first starting to research these bicycles. They bikes have literally changed our lives being healthier through are new obsession. Thanks again to your staff!!!

Great customer service. Went in there for a part. Was happy with the price, and when it was scanned it was two dollars more. Didn't bother me, but he still changed it back to the cheaper price. I will be going there for all my cycling needs from this point on.

Like no other. A family run business that is friendly, honest and trustworthy. Outstanding service and sales. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. The place I go for all my biking needs for the last 20+ years. They never let me down.
