Our studio was performing in Brantford this weekend when one of our dancers had an unexpected mishap with her tap shoe. I reached out to your store, by phone, hoping to find a solution. The staff member I spoke with was an excellent example of customer service. In fact, I would say it was exceptional A+++ service!!!! Thank you very much!

The owner and staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and in a speedy time frame. By far the best experience I have had at a dance shop in all of south western Ontario.
