(January 28, 2020, 3:34 am)Was lucky enough to get tattooed by Kevin Sheppard today. Bell city is well lit, clean, decorated with great wall art and most importantly comfortable. The whole experience was pleasant. Shout out to his apprentice Mike who checked me in and entertained me while Kevin worked on the design. Lots of parking out back. I think this spot will be great for the community. Thank you again.
