Blue Ridge Walk-in clinic

Doctor was very friendly and helpful. Very little wait time. Only issue was after filling out the intake form and listing my allergies to medications the front desk failed to enter them into the computer. After receiving a prescription that was sent directly to the pharmacy I noticed it was for a medication I listed as an allergy. The doctor saw me again and mentioned no allergies had been loaded into the system, he corrected things and the pharmacy reimbursed me. I would use this clinic again but I hope they are more careful in the future.

I would highly recommend going to this clinic over any other in Brantford. By far the best customer service, the Doctor that saw me made me feel welcome and that I was more than just a number like other clinics.

The clinic itself is clean and the pharmacy inside filled my prescription in 5 minutes.

Awesome walk-in clinic. Low wait time, clean, amazing doctor and staff. My little boy was in and out quick. The doctor had a smile and a sense of humor! We need more places like this around. The girl at the front desk was also helpful, smiling and friendly! ☺

Best clinic I have been to very quick and very good service by front desk and Doctor. Also a bonus no $10 parking fee. Would definitely recommend. Very clean premises. I would definitely use again if I needed to. Thank You.
