(August 11, 2020, 11:25 pm)First class in 7 years! Other than nearly being dead and walking on shaky legs, it feels so good to be back! Sandra was amazing and gave lots of "newbie" options while shouting as much encouragement overtop of my moans and groans from across the room. Small class sizes and lots of visible cleaning and distancing.
If I can walk again by next week, I'll try it again! Thanks for being so inclusive! -

(April 2, 2018, 1:50 pm)Probably the nicest gym in Brantford. I like the hours and the gym offers many options for everyone. I mainly use the cardio machines, weights, and the Squash courts.
