I used Board of your Flooring for my hardwood home renovation in August 2018 and from start to finish the customer service, communication and quality of work was exceptional. Mandy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the product and selections available while visiting the store for the initial consultation and Doug visited my home for measurement and planned work review with thoughtful recommendations and advice based on past projects and personal knowledge of flooring. The installation team members were scheduled within a short period of time afterwards to complete the work and were extremely professional, punctual and attentive while performing the work in the home as shown by quality and workmanship of the finished product. Doug personally visited my home after the work was complete for review and inspection. I would recommend Board of your Flooring for any hardwood work based on my personal experience of this company. We chose Board of Your Flooring after shopping around at all the big box stores. The selection and knowledge of the staff was way better. The install team were amazing to work with, and it done on time and on budget, and when they were gone, other than the amazing new floors, you wouldn't even have known they were there. After a complete home reno, they were definitely one of the easier contractors to work with. Would highly recommend!
