Great experience so far. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who really care. The treatments work wonders and my shoulder is almost back to 100% since starting treatments. They bill directly through insurance as well.

Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable, and have been fantastic in accommodating my changing work schedule. Great location is also a plus. Having had physiotherapy on several other occasions over the years, this has been my best overall experience by far. Highly recommended for professional, friendly service.

Rohit & Prerna are very knowledgeable and professional. They explain your injury and what caused it and the treatment plan very well. They are very friendly and extremely flexible with appointment scheduling and understanding if you need to reschedule.

The staff here are very caring and know what they are doing. Previous experience with physiotherapists in the past were not good and I have avoided them. My opinion has drastically changed since having my tennis elbow treated here. I am experiencing no pain now after a short time here. I highly recommend you give Bounce Back a try, it is definitely worth it. As others have already stated , they are very accommodating to your scheduling needs.
