What more can one say about this place? I walked in here many months ago, fairly overweight and with the intention to just join a community of martial artists. Todd (the owner and head coach at the gym) is one of the best people I've had the pleasure of meeting. He and his staff are knowledgeable through not only practice but actual competition in MMA. I can attribute so many of the positive mental and physical improvements I've had to this gym.
Don't hesitate to walk in and take advantage of the free lesson offered to anyone that wants to try a class out before committing :)
