It’s a small family owned business with the nicest staff around. The personal trainers push you to what you can handle and not any further. The two-in-one Kinesiology clinic is a perfect way to know what you need to work on and get help AT A GREAT PRICE. It can super intimidating working out in front of a lot of people but at this clinic all that fear goes away as I found after taking one of their core conditioning classes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Train in a welcoming and warm environment, this facility has it all! It took me a long time to get back on my feet and focus on me again, Lall Health and Wellness encourages and supports me every step of the way. I love to train at a clinic where family is at the forefront. Each of the employees takes the time to get to know my two boys and husband that come to train with me as well. My little ones get to explore the facility and utilize the equipment, early integration to being physically active! I know with all my heart that physical health are going to be a part of my life from now on: and my children get to see their Mom happy and healthy! This is all possible because of Lall and Wellness! Check it out yourself!
