FamilyLife Fitness online training fits seamlessly into my busy life. I feel connected to a like-minded community that focuses on increased health, including strength, cardio and nutrition. Krystal’s workouts are challenging, but with modifications for all fitness levels.
Highly recommend trying any of the classes provided by the instructor Krystal! She really specializes in prenatal, postnatal and core strengthening fitness for moms! I started off in the baby fitness class after having my daughter. I have now migrated to the fitness fusion class which is more advanced. Each class is different and really challenges your body fully. She offers many options for doing the exercises based on your comfort level. I look forward to getting an amazing full body workout each time I go.
Being a first time Mom and some-what new to the area, these classes were PERFECT! Not only did Krystal keep me fit during my pregnancy but I created a lot of friendships and Mom friends who were going through the same thing as me. After I had Harper, I continued on going to Fitness with Baby. With Krystal's knowledge, body wrap and safe work outs after baby, I was able to lose the baby weight. I love that it's not your typical gym and felt comfortable whenever I needed to nurse my baby girl. I always feel so much better mentally and physically after her work outs! Highly recommend any of her classes! :)
Fitness with baby has been a godsend during my postpartum period. Krystal is extremely knowledgeable on postpartum and how pregnancy affects the body and how to tailor exercises to these specific needs. Her classes contain the same elements but differ from day to day so as not to become stagnant or boring. The atmosphere she has created at the gym has made it easy to work out with baby in tow.
I’ve gone to a few of Krystals classes... which are great! But I love her online program. With two small kids, It allows me to work out when I am able to squeeze it in. She’s a fantastic resource for pregnant moms and those who have had babies and has helped me work out safely after giving birth. Definitely recommend!
