My children and I just went to look around and ended up leaving with a hamster and all the bells and whistles. The associates were helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The store was clean and organized. Alex helped me a great deal and didn't rush me at all. She was very friendly and adorable. Thanks for the wonderful experience for my children and myself.

I would like to thank Genevieve for the fine grooming she gave to our dog/husky Oakala on Thursday, April 4th. Out of 10 I would like to give her a 10 without second guess that decision. She was great and love how she handle our dog and how she presented her to us looking so, so much better than what we took her in looking like. Staff are all very friendly and ready to help. Products are well stocked and easy to find. I bring my dog, Charlie, here regularly for grooming and Kari is just amazing! Caring, professional and makes my dog comfortable every time. Much appreciated!

Just picked up our dogs and had a fabulous experience! I called yesterday and got in today and the price was very reasonable! The two girls were friendly, professional and we could tell they loved their job by the love and care they showed our furry family members. Pet Smart Brantford will definitely be our go to for our dogs grooming!

Today I took my German Shepherd Beau who is two years old to Pet Smart in Brantford for a spa day. I could not be more pleased with the service that Beau and I received. The staff were super friendly and Beau left the store smelling great and looking awesome. Without a doubt, Beau will be going back there the next time that he needs a spa day.
