Awesome Service!!! We purchased our hot tub on May 31st, 2020. It just arrived today!! We were told 15 to 20 week wait for delivery and it's been 17 weeks. Brady and Lisa were great to work with, since we purchased our hot tub and all new patio furniture at the same time. If we can't travel, we may as well have our own oasis in our backyard!! I've had several emails back and forth with Jessica who was wonderful to work with! I was worried about what the delivery would entail, however Jay and Mark were awesome! They set the tub up quickly and took as much time as I needed to have the operation of the tub explained to me. I can't wait to start enjoying our new hot tub!

Amazing location , the hot tub sales guy is awesome , Very knowledgeable and super friendly. The management team is phenomenal the store seems To work as a tight knit team. The water lab team is absolutely amazing and can handle any water chemistry you throw at them. The furniture team also incredible. Overall everyone in the store I have dealt with was incredible.

We had purchased a semi-circular patio set In November of 2019, when opened to put on our patio in May 2020 when taking off the wrapping we discovered that one of the legs were severely damaged which left that section off balance, it was probably dropped at the factory. The other two sections were also off balance as they tipped back by about an inch. We had contacted Lisa Hinic at Pioneer Pools and she made sure the set we purchased was replaced with another set quickly. We were very pleased with the customer service we had received, the pieces were picked up and delivered promptly, and the delivery guys were polite and nice as they had to come twice! The set was of great quality and we certainly enjoy it everyday! This was our first time purchasing items at Pioneer Pools, was a very good experience and especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pioneer Pool Brantford has been amazing! From the beginning of comparing models to one another and information overload Brady helped us tremendously and is very knowledgeable. Finally making the decision to purchase the Grandee by Hotsprings. The entire purchase went as smoothly as possible right to delivery the guys were amazing! We would highly recommend Brantford as questions or concerns we know they are there to help guide us through. We are very happy with our decision as this is truly an investment.
