A great experience. We worked with Chris Samples on our latest purchase. First a very friendly greeting by reception when you entered. I then met Chris who was genuine, courteous and pleasant. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in. He was honest and forth right. No games played. We received fair value for the vehicle we were trading in. The day we picked up the car, our vehicle was beyond spotless and ready to go. Generally I do not look forward to the vehicle purchasing process but this was a straightforward and pleasant process.
