We are very happy with the service provided from Ray at the Brantford store. We bought a new range for christmas and he was very helpful with the selection and getting it ordered. As a result we have just now ordered a small freezer through Ray. We will be back in the future.

Over all I am very happy with my appliance and the experience with the small exception of the item being damaged at the first delivery date. It was delivered on the following Saturday and I love my new stove.

We recently purchased a new oven and microwave hood fan from TA. I contacted Kerry, who was recommended to me by the company who will soon be installing our new kitchen cabinets. Kerry was very friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to listen to what we wanted, then found the best options for us. He gave us honest opinions on brands we were considering, and even helped us understand other factors like how easily we could get service or replacement parts for different brands if we had any problems. We feel like we got a great deal and were listened to. The delivery guys were kind to my wife and did a great job installing the new oven and removing the old one. They accidentally made a small mess with their boots on the floor and asked my wife multiple times if they could clean it up, even after she told them it was no problem at all. It was nice to hear of that courtesy and respect.

Cathy was excellent. She helped ensure I got a whole home of appliances selected for a very fair price. She's was also able to accommodate storage and future delivery to the home I'm building. Overall, a very pleasing and professional experience.
