“One of my favourite local places to go when I just want to get outside in nature for some fresh air. The trails are lush with trees and plant life, with a variety of birds and small animals. The soccer fields can be busy in the evening when games are happening but are usually free during the day. Good spot to play some frisbee or just lay in the sun. Well maintained. Please use the garbage cans and don’t litter ????”

“Local neighbour maintains the ice rink here in the winter months providing the weather is good enough. Rink is small and fenced In as well as being very rough and choppy. Not good for youth learning how to skate for the first time. No seating here either, just a small bench.”

“This is a very nice access point to the Grand River at Cockshutt Bridge, just outside of Brantford. It has enough room that a small boat towed on a trailer can be launched, but is mostly used by canoeists and kayakers, as well as tubers. It can be a little tricky getting in, as Erie Ave./ Cockshutt Rd. has become quite busy, so a but of patience wont go amiss.”

“Nice ice rinks. One has a wall to play hockey. I really like this one cause its so small and close to all the houses. Looks nice with all the snow.”
