“We visited the farm today and had a lovely chat with the owner. He is passionate about what he does and explained the involved process for growing mushrooms. What a learning experience! The fresh mushrooms were absolutely spectacular and the variety depends on what is ready. They also dry mushrooms and make a mushroom powder to be used as a condiment. Delicious!!”
