Even in the face of an unexpected power outage, Carmen "made lemonade out of the lemons" we were presented with and, for my first yoga class in a VERY long time, we did candlelit yoga -- it was so peaceful! I felt so good after our class. I love her attitude, her knowledge, her dedication to making sure her students are properly aligned and her spirit. You can tell she loves what she does, and that really comes through. She and her partner have opened what I'm sure is going to be a gem of a wellness business in this fantastic town. I'm in love and plan to return again and again!”

“Injured my back while working in town about a month ago and Corey was able to get me fixed up and feeling back to normal in about 4 weeks of sessions, he and his team are very knowledgable about what needs to be done to get you back to feeling normal, my posture has improved significantly since seeing him and I'm even a few inches taller now that I'm standing up straight.
