Originally told that it would be 6 days before a tech came to my house to repair, phone, internet and TV service. This was unacceptable to me, so I phoned the business office, using a borrowed cell phone, and escalated my complaint. 2 1/2 days after my outage, I was back on line.
Squeaky wheal got the oil, but the service should have been much faster right from the beginning and I shouldn't have had to escalate it.
