(December 10, 2023, 12:14 pm)What a pleasure to deal with a knowledge technician. We have a Napoleon fireplace in our cottage that is our main heating source. Over the past 20 years we likely have had over 6 or 7 service technicians "clean" the Napoleon for us. Finally the fireplace operates properly after Cam serviced the stove the last time.
(February 10, 2023, 5:29 pm)North Bruce heating was recommended to us by our electrician. Cameron and Jeff were very professional, responsive and helpful with our questions and concerns. Showed up on time and installed two heat pumps for us in Tobermory. Would recommend to others for sure.
