Great staff and service to the community. What are the open hours? I can’t find this information on Google and it isn’t on the phone answering recording.

Very professional health care team who work well together to provide quality individualized care. Referrals and follow-up are well chosen and timely. The staff are responsive and caring. We often mention how thankful we are for the Health Care we receive from this health care team.

Excellent care by professional staff. We can live in this small community because of the great health care we receive from this Family Health Team. They know us by name and have a systemic approach to a full range of clinical, educational, supportive, and preventative programs.
