We met Erica when we were interested in looking at cottages. We realized very quickly that Erica knew so much about the area we were looking in, and so we decided to stick with her while looking at several properties. It was clear to us that Erica was very attuned to what we looking for and helped in so many ways. When we finally found our dream cottage, Erica guided us through the purchasing process with ease, gave us excellent guidance on several different issues, and took the time to answer every question we had. We can’t say enough about her, she is an amazing realtor and we would highly recommend her to anybody that is buying or selling a property.
