Kind of lonely place, but we were ecstatic to jump into the water. Tiny fishes will be catching your feet while having the swim. Great place for kids and family.
Washrooms are clean, front desk were helpful.
Oh my God the water was so clear it was so amazing. You could see tiny beautiful fishes in the water. The water was like Crystal you had to walk quite far away to get to deep water. It’s so good for small kids to enjoy the people who cannot swim for fun. Enjoy see the water. Oh my God it’s hard for me to explain, but I loved it. Amazing
Great beach for big and small kids. We visited the grotto earlier so it cost us zero dollars for parking. Its was a 23° day so the Water was warm also shallow and sandy for miles and miles. This beach is nice for sunbathing, picnic with small kids etc. It's worth a visit if you are in the Tobermory area.
This beach is one of a kind. It's shallow about knee deep for several metres. The water is clear one can see the sand. The waves are very gentle. It's safe for children. I didn't see any algae or weeds. Truly an amazing place.
There is a boardwalk from the entrance to the beach. On the sides there are pitcher plants that eat insects.
There are change rooms and washroom. There is a water tap to rinse the sand off the feet. There are picnic tables.
Paid parking 🅿️
This beach is soooo cool! I loved how the sand sings. It’s also a beautiful beach and is dog-friendly (on leash, although I took my dog’s leash off for a moment for a photo). I highly recommend visiting this beach!
