My vehicle quickly developed an issue with a wheel bearing, and i was referred to this business by a family member. The communication was great throughout the entire process. Shortly after i dropped off my vehicle, I received a straightforward detailed report and quote.The other defiencies found didn't come as a big surprise either. I knew there was regular maintenance coming due because I saw that the brakes looked thin and rusty when i switched to winters this fall. That being said, I never felt pressured or that the suggested scope of work was unnecessary. If anything, i felt like i was given options and the facts needed to make my own informed decision by a thorough professional. I feel confident in both the necessity and quality of the work done. This experience gives me comfort knowing that if my car has issues in the future, i know where to take it.
