Very helpful
I recently had an oil change, after the oil change Norm advised me I
had a nail in my tire… he called ahead to another place of business
and arranged for me to go there and have nail removed and tire
repaired.
That is going above & beyond!

I brought my car to Norm's Fast Lube and had it an oil change, Mr. Norm was so humble and down to earth. He was the one taking care of the oil change, checking the brakes, and some other mechanical with my SUV. Highly recommended to people who are busy who don't need to have an appointment.
