Global Pet Foods Port Elgin

Trevor was an amazing source of knowledge and help with our 14 yr. old cockapoo who has been refusing to eat dog kibble of any kind for the last two weeks. We are holidaying here for a week, but he was still very willing to make insightful suggestions and share kibble samples. Thank you!

Visited Global Pet Foods today in Port Elgin Ontario, the customer service was beyond exceptional, I went to purchase a leather dog collar and noticed they had a engraving machine to engrave a nameplate for the collar, it was awesome ,service exceptional, thank you ,keep up the good work.

The staff at the Port Elgin location have just been so incredible in helping me find the right food for my overweight lab retriever. They both eagerly helped to read calorie per cup on several bags (vet wants 300 calories or less for weight loss) and they found it! They have always been super friendly and knowledgeable. The lady inpaticular (wish I got her name) has always gone above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them.

Such a beautiful store and an amazing selection of treats. Worth the trip up from Toronto! Congratulations to you all. See you again soon.
