The freshness and quality can't be beat. Not only that my family and I don't have to worry about recalls on meat due to contamination. Been dealing there for over a decade and have never been disappointed. They cut your meat and package the way you want . Custom butchers at it's best. And the beef we get is there own raised animals which takes the guess work and worry out of it as to where the animal even comes from. And when we've ever run out of ground beef can reorder as much or as little as you want. Sometimes we'll go for a ride and get a fresh 1" steak for that days super. Can't be beat. Elora Road Meats is the ONLY place I get my beef. Dave and company are always happy to help. Like I said the ONLY place I buy my beef.”

“How could you not stop at a place called Cheese Haus? A nice selection of pre cut cheeses from around the world, as well as a number of local and staple cheese cut to order. Plenty of assorted sundries like olives, crackers and sauces. One of the best features is the price. I expected my wallet to be significantly lighter when I left.”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! We were in Owen Sound today and stopped by a jewellery store there. My wife needed a new battery in her watch and a new clasp on her necklace! We were told to leave them for a few days and they would be fixed. Since it was a nice day we decided to take a drive to Mildmay and took her jewellery to Wendt's! They did the required repairs in less than 15 minutes and the price was fair and reasonable! We have dealt with Wendt's in the past and never had a problem. It is a four hour round trip for us to go to Wendt's but, it's worth the trip everytime!!”

“OMG!!! On our way back to Toronto from Lake Huron, we happened to pull over to this pub. Didn't google or yelp, thought we'd take a risk!! I must say, was so well worth it!! Kids meals are very well portioned and very tasty. The Western sandwich on rye bread was incredible! The breakfast with eggs, sausage, with toast was so well prepared. Their homemade jam and tarts, so delectable! Not only food was great, the service was even better. What was even better than all of it was the price!! $5.50 for Western and $5.75 for breakfast. WOW!! Will definitely go back if we travel that way (maybe even do a 20 minute deroute!) thanks, Harley!”
