(September 1, 2021, 5:52 pm)The owner is very rude, I was thinking that he would give the coffee alone first as he did the same for my wife and he shouted as if I am a stranger to go and wait out. It would be great to learn how to behave with customers.
Reply: Note I do not have any personal intention and completely like the quality and taste. I felt bit rude when you said that for a second time , what i would ask a customer is to question something like "Is there anything else I can help with" :) . I also accept if some pressure related to Covid related . Thank you for your reply. -
