“Yesterday my husband (and dog) and I were involved in a collision in Hepworth on the corner where Tim Hortons is. Almost immediately a gentleman wearing a Wiarton Fire Dept jumper showed up to assist. Very soon thereafter, another gentleman (also wearing a jumper) in a tow truck showed up. They took over the scene, making sure everyone was safe, directed traffic, helped with our vehicle, and even offered to take us to the park we were heading to (with all of our gear!). They were amazing! I wanted to post a picture of them but I'm struggling to figure out how to do that on this site. The towtruck driver was still wearing his jumper when I took the pic and it said Ben. I didn't get the other man's name. But thank you to those two wonderful men (as well as the one man's little boy who kept be calm by chatting to me and keeping me company while waiting for things to be resolved.)
