I purchased a package on my truck as a add on guaranteeing that if bugs don't wash off bring it in and they will get rid of them. I live by the lake so I constantly have a truck full of bugs and they are sometimes impossible to get off. I called about my issue and Jason said to bring it in to be cleaned up They did exactly that ! They washed my whole truck and had it out of the shop looking brand new! Over my expectations. “The best customer service...we drove from Sarnia to purchase our BBQ because Sarnia would not order one for us or sell the floor model and...the deceive customers with items on a shelf not being cashed out at the sale price indicated on the shelf even after the store employee said it was the sale item. Customer service is not focused on maintaining business in Sarnia, we drove to another Canadian Tire in Blenheim Ontario....Absolutely ? % customer focused...thank you Blenheim Canadian Tire staff...even when readying to close the following day for doing inventory for the store to change hands.
