“Everybody misses Nick. The pharmacy used to have a small town, personal ,caring feel that Nick brought. The ladies that have been there a long time are great as they always have been and are the only reminder of the pharmacy as it used to be when each and every customer was greeted and treated with familiarity, warmth and genuine care. I had a pharmacy concern over the phone with one of the many newer employees that was harried, bordering on rude and remained unresolved. The pharmacy has changed since Nick left. However- the male pharmacist is great as are front counter people”

Unfortunately they had a power failure a few hours earlier and their computer system was down. So they couldn’t fill it then and were unable to give me a time when they could. I realized that this wasn’t their fault but it left me in a bit of a dilemma as I’m living in Chatham. So I asked if they could call me when it was ready.
