Master Mechanic Orangeville

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about the crew at Master Mechanic Orangeville. Just got a new to me Ram a week ago and was having a problem with an engine squeal. Spoke to Tyson on the phone and he told me to swing by after work and they would try to get someone to have a quick look. Well I had the pleasure of meeting with Wyatt who spent 30 mins with me and my truck and ensured me that nothing was wrong and it was just some engine cleaning spray that got into the belt and there was nothing to actually worry about. He really put my mind at ease and on top of that they didn’t even charge me anything for their time. It is so good to find a place that actually cares about their customers and doesn’t just see dollar signs when someone walks through the door. Life is hard enough these days and the Master Mechanic Crew really made my day easier.
Thanks so much and keep up the great work as you have earned a customer for life and you guys should run a clinic for other business’ on how to treat customers.

I went in this morning with a loose, vibrating heat shield to see if I could book an apt. to have it looked at. I was taken immediately, shield was clamped and back out in 10 minutes at no charge. I was so surprised and of course very happy. Unbelievable service and friendly, professional staff. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Master Mechanic in Orangeville!!

My car started making a very loud clunking/clicking noise when I pressed on the breaks early Sunday morning. I was so stressed out knowing no shop would be open. I called first thing Monday morning and was told not to worry, just drop keys in drop box and they will put my car in queue to be locked at. My car was fixed and running in no time! Service was extremely fast, staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and not taken advantage of being a single female not knowing a thing about cars. Price was extremely reasonable too. I will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend.
