“TLDR: I was very impressed with the cost, quality, and communication from this business and would recommend them to others. Hi! I had some damage to the windshield of my previous vehicle that had been present for at least a year, maybe more. I completely procrastinated on having it repaired. I'm surprised it didn't get worse while I was procrastinating. I brought it to this shop to have an estimate, and the only 'question' was, "Of course we can fix it...Why did you wait so long?". I've known about this shop since I was a child, and people in my family have said good things about the work that they do. I decided to have them repair the front windshield. The quality of the repair was outstanding - it actually improved the visibility of a ten-plus-year-old windshield. (2006/2007 car, repaired in 2018-ish). The assurance I received was (barring a collision or something catastrophic, obviously), "That (the repaired area) will never crack further." The person who purchased the car was presented with all of the maintenance records after test-driving the car and did not mention anything to me. The repair was perfectly intact when I sold the car. I hope this review conveys the fact that I already trusted this business before I used their services, and would bring a vehicle there again without hesitation, regardless of the damage to the glass. Thanks again for the repair and the assurance that you stand behind the quality of your work!”
