(December 13, 2018, 2:08 am)I purchased a 2019 Polaris snowmobile from Spoiled Sports and on delivery day there was a miscommunication between myself and the dealer. This miscommunication left me driving a few extra hours than was needed, and having doubts delivery on that day would happen. After talking the owner he made sure that delivery would be made at all costs, he had stayed open late to accommodate delivery, and also gave me a few extras for my trouble. The owner himself had went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I would end up happy despite the earlier miscommunication. The customer service in the end was second to none and I would not hesitate sending family or friends to Spoiled Sports for any powersports needs. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and thank Spoiled Sports for making it happen!
