“This location is excellent, the customer service is amazing apart from one individual. I’ve been going to this location for years. There is one older women who works there who is unbearable, ever since she has been hired I have avoided going when I see she is working. She is unprofessional, rude and very confusing. On several occasions she has messed up my order at the cash, I’ve overheard her speak disrespectfully about customers who were in the store. Other than her the rest of the staff is amazing! Keep up the great work ladies”

“My wife and regularly shop here. What keeps us coming back is the devotion, knowledge and care from the owners. We bought a puppy last year who had some complications just after we got him. We had to put him on a bland diet while he was being monitored by the vet. When he was cleared, we tried returning him to the food that he ate in the care of the breeder, but he had way too much diarrhea. When we finally came to Welcome Pet Foods, they recommended trying Fromm and began to tell us what made it better than other foods. Clearly there is a passion in what they do as the foods they stock are carefully selected. Our puppy was on the mend with a stable stool after transitioning to this new food. Later, we went through one more food change and were able to isolate the source of his reactions - our puppy has a grain allergy. This was no easy task in diagnosing, and now none of his food includes grain and he's been happily eating and dumping ever since! By reading this review, I hope it compels others to do the same. As the customers, it should be our duty to carefully review our experiences and let others know that they too may come here knowing there is a wealth of knowledge and supplies for any pet related issues.”
