(March 16, 2018, 10:42 am)I had Gidget come to my home and do a couple of sessions showing me proper form and creating a workout program for me. I am new to weight training, and she was very helpful in showing me proper technique.
(March 13, 2018, 2:55 pm)Gidget has helped me accomplish what I couldn't by myself. Great personal trainer who is super easy to get along with, understanding but pushes me to the limits that she knows I can accomplish. If you're thinking about training with her just do it, you won't regret it.
(March 7, 2018, 11:08 pm)I really appreciate the privacy of New Image Fitness Studio, I was overweight and didn't feel comfortable working out in front of a crowd. So far I've lost over 30 inches, and 40lbs in the past 6 months! It's been a huge success story for me :)
(June 15, 2017, 12:07 am)Gidget is wonderful. She's a pro that feels like a friend. She gets the job done - and finds room for encouragement. She is constantly adapting, and updating the program to maximize results. A great experience that keeps me coming back. Glad she puts up with me :)
(March 7, 2017, 6:38 pm)I loved working out with Gidget. She is very professional and knows her stuff but what I loved the most was the personal relationship that we developed. Each session was like working out with a close friend, the hour would go by quick as we chatted about life the whole time.
