My Whirlpool front loader washer was just repaired by Kevin. Kevin was very professional and friendly. He explain the entire process from start to finished. He gave his honest assessment when asked questions during the service ... which I appreciated. He performed the repair and conducted testing before he left ... cleaned up .... very fast, efficient and friendly service. THANK YOU.
We called North Durham Appliance at 7pm and they were at our door by 8:30am the next morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in two days once the part came in. Very pleased.

I’m new to the area and in need of a cutlery basket for my dishwasher. I left a voicemail at North Durham Appliance and Karri called me right back. She referred me to a direct number to order the part I needed for my dishwasher and it will be delivered to me in a couple business days. On top of that she gave me a recommendation for a repair person for an appliance they don’t service. That is going above and beyond. I will be calling North Durham Appliance in the future when I need any appliance repair!!! Thanks Karri for the Amazing customer service!
