    If you want more than just a yoga workout, Fran is the instructor you are looking for. She can help you learn more about yoga, your body and the connection between mind and body - breath and open yourself to be the best you can be.

    I started with Frances approx 2 weeks ago.
    I did my research for private yoga lessons. I found joy core and felt a connection during my initial consultation.
    I have been practising for two weeks every day.
    I feel so much better physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
    Plus the constant pain in my shoulder and hip is gone.
