“Great landlords, gave me more than I needed when necessary, possibly to solve my frustrations with the superintendent. The super is not the greatest, but can be a good guy. Internets decent if you pay the extra $20-25 for a direct line and get a router. Hot water doesnt last during busy hours but enough to shower, if you time it right you'll be fine. That's also typically only during busy hours during school. Parking is extra but is good. Great way to meet people. Probably wouldn't consider it as a long term residence but great for short term.”
