“I've been going here for about four months now, and it is a great environment. The coach is supportive, and always making sure you're doing proper technique. The workouts are challenging and fun, and I've definitely noticed myself getting stronger and more toned. They also have a great yoga instructor. Would definitely recommend this gym!”

“Great place to go work out. I how ever have a problem with a few things. The cleaning should be done when the gym is closed. I brought it to Management's attention that I nearly fell going into the change room one day because they had just washed the floor. They said they would mention it to the cleaners. I guess they forgot. Today as I was just finishing up my workout I saw the cleaners getting ready to wash the change rooms so I left my workout early to avoid having to walk on the slippery floor. I had also mentioned to management that the gym needs a proper scale. One that will weigh people over 250lbs. Was told they would look into it. Asked again a month later was told they would look into it. I won't ask again. I'm assuming it is all about cost cutting. There is no more paper towel for whipping down the machines. They say to get a towel from the front. Hardly anyone does this new practise. May also be because the cleaners share the same spray bottles so some times the cleaners will have them when I go to get them. If it wasn't for the convenience of the place I would probably look elsewhere. Who knows the other gyms could just be the same.”
