John was awesome and personally looked after my car, he fixed any issues I noticed after receiving the car, (the hood had to be adjusted and a plastic peice had the rubber messed up on it)
They only fix what might had been broken from the crash, so don’t expect a new windshield if it’s cracked from a stone chip prier the crash.
It was an insurance claim, $800 of other :/ on my bill
But most shops would probably do the same because it’s an insurance claim
They warranty their work for life
So if the paint comes off over time they will repaint it for free
Like i said overall i had a good experience
They only had the car for a day later than expected

John (collision manager) was very accommodating on both of my visits and rectifying outstanding issues with my Jeep GC that were left unresolved from my previous visit months ago. John took priority and was very understanding and took care of busdiness!! Very satisfied overall with the great team John has and his exceptional customer 1st service.

(August 21, 2018, 7:21 pm)Wonderful customer service at carstar Fraser . Estimate was accurate and no surprises, work was very well done , all genuine Ford parts and guaranteed for life. Our price included a rental vehicle (enterprise) and was forecast to take seven days to repair which it was. They also washed and detailed the car ready for pick up. Thanks.
