  I took my 2005 F150 in for routine service (oil change and tune up) And was advised that my truck needed a great deal of work. The mechanic Hugh was very helpful in explaining to me that I needed brake pads and rotors, differential and transfer case fluids, rad flush, air filters, injector clean, belts and 4 new all season tires.
  
  Quite a bit more cost than I was expecting but kudos to the mechanic - I can now rest easy that my truck is well serviced.

  I had a very good experience with the Quick Lane staff (Jamie). He has been very accommodating, assertive, and very friendly. My Escape needed a rear brake job done (new rotors, brakes etc.). I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the AM, was driven to my work via courtesy shuttle (super friendly John). Not only was the work completed within a few hours of being taken in, my vehicle was driven to my office, rather than having to fight traffic after work. Thank you Fraser Ford, much appreciated!

  Purchased our Fusion in 2015. Have always had it serviced by Andrew who has gone above & beyond in looking after our needs. All service requirements have been met in a timely professional manner. Even though the Fraser dealership is located over 200 km from where we live, we are quite happy to travel to Oshawa to have our vehicle serviced by Andrew.

  I've had my 2014 Ford Edge serviced here since I purchased it. My experience has always been fast, friendly and reliable. I have run into a couple issues along the way but Andrew has always been able to determine the cause and fix it. He explains in detail what needs to be done and always makes sure you feel comfortable. My edge is running great and I wouldn't even consider taking it anywhere else. Thanks for the great service Fraser Ford!

  Every time I deal with Fraser Ford it has been a positive experience. The employees are all very friendly and very helpful. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was Andrew Mattson. He is an excellent mechanic and always takes the time to explain what needs to be done to my vehicle. I felt very comfortable having him work on my vehicle. Andrew's customer service skills are second to none. My over all experience from the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up was excellent. Thank you Fraser Ford for the excellent service.
