At the start of 2019 I began training twice a week with Abbas, and he quickly showed me how much more I’m actually capable of and helps me to really push my limits when training thanks to the variety & challenges he puts into the sessions! Abbas makes every session challenging but yet enjoyable; and is in tune with what limits your body can be pushed to with each session.
