“The entire experience - from delivery to my driveway to storage at their facility - was easy and flexible, and all the employees I dealt with were friendly and wanted to help however they could. The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5-star was that I needed a delivery time of 3-6 P.M at my new condo because of my assigned elevator time and NO ONE told me they (including drivers) finished at 2 P.M. This caused a panic among my movers (family); luckily, the people who used the elevator before us finished early enough for us to use some of their time allotment. Now that I know about this time constraint, I would definitely use PODS again.”
