Later over the phone he gave me straightforward diagnosis and reasonable quote without adding anything extraneous or random. I was actually bracing for the usual add on of tonnes of random recommendations but happy that this did not happen. Got two maintenance service items that i wanted done and one repair that I was expecting. Glad to be able to go home at the end of the day satisfied with one less worry on my to-do list and a van that is running perfectly for me again. Thank you Paul and the service team.
