I would like to say to the people that criticise the counter staff, STOP ! , they do their best with the limited options they have, I have been at this branch for years, The staff are always polite and helpful , It would be more beneficial if you directed your comments to upper management at Scotia Bank, not the people at the counter, Branch manager , I don't know if they have one right now. , I know they had a investment adviser that was shipped off to Markham , Maybe upper management felt we did not need one at this branch, WE DO NEED ONE JUST LIKE C.I.B.C has in their Brooklin Branch Support the front line staff and send your nasty comment to the upper management if you can find them, I have an issue to deal with today, If I don''t get the help I need I will move across the Road to C.I.B.C , at least they have a manager and a investment adviser you can speak too UPPER MANAGEMENT , GET THE STAFF SOME HELP. By the way not one staff member complained or made any negative comments about their branch.”

“I have used this branch for my business, line of credit and mortgages for several years. The staff and management have always been friendly and efficient. This Saturday the service went to a whole new level. I bought a boat and the seller would only take cash. I called the cibc who I also have an account with, no help, can't do it.... order for Tuesday. As I am making a business deposit at the TD north oshawa, I explain my situation to Fyi. Within half an hour Fyi was able to make it happen. I was able to pick up the boat on the way up north. There is no way the seller was going to wait until Tuesday!
