“I just recently made a purchase online from Grandpas dollhouse and was blown away by the goods I received. I'm new to the whole dollhouse world and am learning as I go, but this shop was absolutely incredible. First, the products on the website were really incredibly priced. i ended up buying a bunch of stuff because there were so many great items and deals, including $5 grab bags. Second, the packaging!! Oh my goodness, just the greatest box to begin with, never mind what's inside! Third, inside the box. Wow. Just wow. It was just so thoughtful, so much attention to detail and just so exciting. I felt like a kid at Christmas. Everything I ordered was perfect, and I even received a personalized handwritten note. Just the nicest, most caring person and company. Now fourth..... those grab bags!! Just unreal, I ordered 5, and let me tell you, they were PACKED. I kept saying to my husband I felt like it was my birthday. The surprises just never ended. I haven't been that excited in forever. As a newbie to dollhouses, words can not describe how incredibly grateful I am for all the wonderful items in those bags. There are so many amazing little items, and the best part is so many I wouldn't have thought to buy, but every one of them is really useful and will work great for me. Liz, thank you SO SO SO MUCH. I will never forget how happy I was opening up your package (which is just beautiful) . You are so kind and that was so much fun. “A local classic, definitely a must try! Premium ice cream that is some of the richest and creamiest that you can find around. Lots of history to the building and business, and the current owners are keeping some of the old traditions alive. Tons of amazing flavours and you pay by weight so you can get as little or as much as you like. Always a great spot to stop in for a cone or shake. The lines do get long on summer evenings, but things move pretty quick.”

“My favourite nursery. Well worth the drive (I live an hour away). So much variety, including plants, trees and shrubs not available in most nurseries. Fair prices too. I love their sample/display gardens. And I love that each garden has a "map" so you can recreate it, or find out what each plant is so you can buy your favourites. Just a great store!”

“Stew is a great guy and someone you definitely have to meet. The control board in our fridge failed on a Friday night. Some searching around got me the model number and several avenues to purchase but they wouldn't be delivered for at least a week. I called to see if he could help and Stew was great. He didn't have the part but was doing a parts run to his supplier and suggested he just pick it up while he was there for me, charged a small fee and dropped it off on his way by. He confirmed the moderately easy steps to replace the board and the fridge is back online in less than 24 hours. Stew is the type of business owner that we need more of in St. Thomas. Huge thank you and cannot recommend him enough.”
